We work with employers on all aspects of their employee benefit schemes which are non-regulated. Our approach is project based and our services range from:
- Reviewing ‘core benefits’ including pensions, risk schemes, and private medical plans;
- Introducing a range of ‘voluntary benefits’ such as dental plans, bike schemes etc to enhance the ‘core benefits’;
- Designing and implementing flexible benefit plans;
- Helping employers reduce their long term and short term
absence issues by introducing new products and IT absence
monitoring solutions; - Introducing a programme of offering pension scheme communication to existing and prospective members;
- Helping to complete due diligence and transition projects on
scheme takeovers; - Assisting employers with de-risking projects.
